Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I'll be the odd man out since my comments don't address the original question.
I've had several Rangers but never the deluxe arrangement with real doors, heater AC etc. This fits my usage nicely. If the weather is bad, I take my 4x4 Silverado or stay home.
My Rangers have the top canopy with a very short windshield and no doors. I got a lot of miles on my previous Ranger setup this way. When I decided to trade it in, the Blue Book for Rangers didn't have a trade value for one with my mileage. I have a 2019 and don't use it as much as I have only 13,000 on it.
I realize this would not fit other situations but it works for me. Yes, it can get dusty and I might get cold or wet but that is generally due to poor planning. I find that not having doors makes entry/exit much easier. It is also very easy to use a pickup stick to pick up cans, sticks etc. in the road ditches and around the farm yard.
Several of my friends use golf carts for my purposes but I do use mine in the field for picking up rocks etc.
