A tire that small might not cause as much harm as you think.
I had a swing auger tire blow up while I was holding it between my legs.
I don't know what the pressure was but I had clipped a chuck on it and was distracted for a few seconds. It did tear my jeans and cause mild discomfort.
I was probably lucky my jeans sag and are baggy in that area.
