Yes, it will work fine. I assume you mean coolgard 1 or 2? anything older would be fine also, as long as you maintain it properly. The coolant doesn't know if it's protecting a JD vs Cummins sleeve.
If you want to be careful, fill with rainwater or distilled, run till warm, drain and repeat if it's not clean.
