south east SD | 16 row high speed planter doing around 3000 acres a year. All planted ground has tillage in the spring at least 3” deep
Openers are 14 5/8 right now. Can a guy go a hole deeper and run another year or am I asking for trouble? Not as concerned about the beans.
Had no issues this year with depth or placement. Agronomist said out seed placement and stands are excellent.
If replacing where and what should a guy look at. Asking early, we have time. | |
