I'm not labeling anything. When you make an order or law and the court system strikes it down because it goes against the Constitution the president broke constitutional law.

I'm not saying that Obama and Biden didn't also break constitutional law. But they didn't break it 170 times. (So far ) The most I can find Obama doing was ten. And Joe Biden 16. I thought we Republicans were supposed to be the party of the Constitution?
