East central Indiana | You did not specify how many ring tall bin you are putting up. Here are pics of pad bin crew did recently for a 36 foot diameter by 13 ring tall bin. Crew did an awesome job and had 2 people doing forms and rebar. Some old bins around here foundations are getting bad but bin still in decent condition from poorer materials back in the day.
