GrainTrader - 6/20/2026 16:27 plenty of AMS, What does that even mean? 5, 10, 15, 20, or 100 lbs per acre. Seems I seen someone say to run 100 lb with the spreader in the spring, if it helps kill the weeds why not just use that amount with the post spray pass?( Liquid AMS has 3.4 lb per gallon, so would have to run around 30 gallon of solution) Guy below says 2.75 lb that does not sound like that much to me. When spraying 20 gallon per acre it would not be that hard to get 10 lbs of AMS in that 20 gallon. If more is better why is everyone suggesting such low rates of AMS? Does more AMS actually help? A what rate will the crop response be bad? Where can I get it in tote bags? Just dump 1 bag into 3000 gallon tank on truck then I've got enough AMS for 13.3 lb/acre on 150 acres. |
