No. Everyone in the world deals in tons, except for the bass-ackward can’t-do-it-different-than-granpa-did American farmers who’d rather quote bushels (is that a weight or volume?) and then muddy the waters with test weight.





What unit of measurement does the CME use? Are you denying that CME is the predominant global price discovery exchange?





Got one. I knew that would trigger someone.

I’m talking about trading corn, not electrons. Deliver on a CME contract and see if they expect a certain amount of volume or weight to fulfill the contract.






Wake me up when cme starts pricing #2 yellow by the ton.
