It is not a new idea. It has always intrigued me. Still does a bit, except I have very little desire for a wheat harvest anymore. Maybe it is just because I'm old, but people have dabbled in relay cropping for decades and it just never catches on and many that do it quit so I really don't think it is an answer worth pursuing.
