Just paid $4.70 for road fuel 30 minutes ago in Bayard, Iowa.

Check out Openroads, or Greenlane discount cards. I don't know Bayard, but all the kwik trips around here are below $4 for the last few days. Open roads charges 10% of the amount saved, so that would push it right at $4 currently.
