And for all the elbows up fans and boycott America its not this generation that will suffer. Its our grandkids because if ANYONE thinks Canada will be better off not dealing with the US is the true definition of an idiot. Canada has be a world trader for ever and history has proven that the EU is the most protection group in the world.. They are next only to Asia and the only reason they are talking to us is because they are on the outside looking in as well. So stop patting yourself on the back and feeling like your a big deal. When your grandkids are struggleing you can stand up and tell them just how right you were though lol.
How anyone thinks that transporting goods half way around the world will increase our profit margins, really needs some lessons in economics.
THe US is the elephant in the room and always has been. Canada just has to figure out we are not as big a deal as we think we are. Kinda like the 50 acre farmer walking into the fertilizer plant and wanting to pay what the largest customer pays. Just not how it works.
