The TW question got started with can TW effect yield. Most people on here say TW has nothing to do with yield. I disagree with them. If I have a poor crop my TW is usually low also. My main point is if you can do something above and beyond what mother nature does to increase TW you can increase your yield. If you look at it the opposite way if I my crop gets damaged from a disease in early September. Then it won't finish filling the kernels resulting in lower TW corn equaling to lower yield. That is why I think there is a relationship between TW and yield.
