| The agreement signed by USA and Iran only stipulates free passage for 60 days. This fee is allowable according to the signed agreement.
Agreement also has the immediate release of the billions seized , sanctions lifted for Iran to sell oil, 300 billion for restructuring Iran, and the right to restain ballistic missiles
This “victory” is so one sided for Iran, Greenland might be contemplating having USA invade so they too can have a settlement equally as lucrative
