It sounds like the stuff Malcolm Kendrick might say or the stuff he might be interested in, but I am also pretty sure he is not the source. Although if it is AI generated it could be stolen from a book of his. But that's all just speculation and guessing on my part. No reason to believe it other than he goes to the depths on such subjects. He is more into heart disease and cholesterol, come to think of it.
