Sure, if you’re feeding cattle that adds another element to the discussion. Irrelevant to a guy just growing corn.
Two 110 day hybrids planted same day. Possible for one to yield 200 at 55#, and the other go 150 at 60#.
There is NOBODY that doesn’t realize that a hopper trailer, wagon or grain bin holds more bushels (and weight) with higher test weight corn.
