North Central US
WTI crude is within a dollar of where it was a year ago.
Heating oil has been trending down for a few weeks
Gasoline has as well to a lesser degree.
I think the market has realized straight or no straight there isn't really a mass shortage of anything for any country that has the freedom to care.
