You are discussing kernal weight not test weight.

Would you agree that the moisture level impacts the test weight? As in my example of 28% corn testing 55lbs vs 17% testing 59lbs? Unless you feel the yield goes up as moisture goes down (which is physically impossible) then this example proves without a doubt test weight does not matter.
