Sounds like hybrid B lost yield because each kernal doesn't weigh what it typically does. What do you mean bread for test weight? More small rounds to pack tighter together vs large flats? Or do they breed the shape of the kernal so it packs tighter? If test weight matters why don't we crush 70 lbs of corn to fit in a bushel basket so that we have really high test weight?
