You need to get the memo that the good lord is sending. There are storms with rainfall running across the main corn/soybean production areas dropping inches per week. Free of charge, no water management needed. If you are still wet after all of this then quit trying to raise crops that weren’t intended for that environment.

Maybe this weather and market combo is what it will take to get acres in production that do belong in production of something else.
