coast of Maine | I do believe that almost all data comes from the Feds via the National Weather Service.The apps/sites gather this and set it up for your view.I have a problem giving NBC $$ and am trying to wean off The weatherchannel/weather undergrond as they own them.I believe way more people view their crap on there than the boob tube now.There are very slanted to NBC views if you click on any story.I enjoy the digital(print/text)on line from the NWS.Gives very detailed/ocean/aircraft/forecasts in real technical terms.You learn what SCA/VFR/MFR/etc mean.I do like Nutriens site as it is a world view. | |
