I use weather underground too but have a love/ hate relationship with it as this time of year the forecast will change every 10 minutes, sometimes like a whipsaw. The other day we had a 100% chance of 2.07 inches only to have it turn into a 0% chance of .00 an hour later. It updates based on future radar.... I think it should have some refinement.
Best weather app?
