I try virtally every suggestion I hear, sadly none have worked so far.
I would guess it all depends, on what causing it.
If something simple won't fix it , it's time to see a Dr.
I went to see my family doctor May 1st with a request for a referral to a neurologist and for physical therapy. Somehow they missed the requst for a neurologist. I am still waiting to hear from a neurologist. I tried calling one directley but was told I needed a referral.
