Subject: The dose makes the poison

Pittsburg, Kansas
For people who have been deep into it for many years it is hard to have a discussion with lay people without getting so deep in the weeds explaining things and making what is already a long video into a 3 hour video.

My take on it both were trying very hard not to say bad things about it that could not be backed up by established studies

Another take on it is the dose makes the poison is an important concept to consider. The oils are not going to kill anyone like taking a teaspoon of arsenic would. What they appear to do is be incorporated over time into the cell membrane weakening them. This makes us susceptible to poor health implications that we might not otherwise be susceptible to. In other words it is a long term negative health issue.

Even if you don't believe that, I see it as a high calorie energy source with no nutritional value other than energy.
