Ea. Washington
They also sell an over the counter boot called Hathorn that is the same last just a little lighter and they say not rebuildable but that is because it costs as much as the new boot. Work just fine except they take more frequent oiling and care. Worn whites for 60 yrs now but they are getting a little heavy to drag around. Still feel good when I put them on though. Another boot made in Spokane is Nick,s boot. Look just the same and maybe some people that make them might be ex White,s employes. Both good. White,s also makes a Packer style boot with a higher western heel that looks good and is easier to get in and out of overshoes. Whites,509-535-1875, Nicks Custom Boots, 509-483-1248
