Seen article today about China strategy and possible $200 oil

Over time it would help tremendously as countries all over the world would see corn ethanol as a cheap and accessible alternative to oil. Crush capacity would have to increase to make that happen which doesn't happen overnight. Ethanol in the US is expanding as we speak. The 70's fuel crisis led to countries like Brazil adopting ethanol at high blend percentages. Over a long enough period of time $200 oil would most definitely have a huge impact on corn demand.
