Last Christmas I received a Lodge seasoned cast iron kit. The non-aerosol can contains 100% canola oil for a seasoning spray, a scraper, brush, and handle holder. After scraping the skillet under hot water I wipe it dry with a paper towel, heat the skillet, spray, wipe, and let cool before storing.
