 Pittsburg, Kansas | I sprint for my aerobic exercise. Enough to get almost out of breath and heart rate up.
Did so yesterday on the ship, along with walking in between. Use the stairs mostly instead of the elevator for leg exercise. 15 story ship, usually climbing and decending 6-10 at a time. Wife goes down with me usually but she uses elevator and I meet her going up.
At home push ups, squats and pullups inside with sprinting and walking outside.
