Pittsburg, Kansas | I don't disagree with much of that if a person chooses to eat starchy vegetables.
Funny thing is, my diabetes reversed in 1-2 weeks (first week I only cut back half on carbs, week 2 felt so much better went full ketogenic diet). Before I lost any significant weight. Maybe some water weight. Cut my insulin in half first week, completely off insulin shots by second week.
So I would argue that the diabetes was reversed, THEN the weight loss came about.
So is weight loss really the key? Or is reducing insulin and eating healthy the key. In my experience it was the latter.
Others experience may be different.
Hard to believe what you recommend when my personal experience differs.
Do you have any personal experiences to share?
I am an anecdote of one, among many others with similar experiences.
