it’s for dang sure at a point whereby a person can make every bit as much renting it out and drinking mai-tais on the beach as going through all the motions farming it yourself. That’s what steady, constant, betting-on-the-come turns into. And I don’t see that genie ever getting put back in the bottle again, short of a full blown ag depression. Nobody to blame but ourselves.
