We have a deere 1790 24 row 20in. On a stock planter you dont need any setbacks to run reveal wide angle row cleaners. Due to some 24in tram lines I had to put 2in setbacks l on a few rows in the back so the row cleaners would clear the tires. On the narrow rows next to our wide tram lines I do run the narrow angle cleaners. I belive that alternating setbacks would make row cleaners not work as good. Once in a great while the wide angles cause issues but they are still worth it. This is in a striptill situation with lots of trash. We plant beans at 6.5mph ushally with no issues.
