| If that hip is restricting movement very much, get it replaced now. I had a bad hip for years. Didn't know it was the hip as I had no hip pain. As my body compensated for the restricted movement of the hip, it messed up my right side from the foot to the low back. Putting socks on was painful. Trimming toe nails extremely painful and nearly impossible. This was while I was taking Aleive, Ibuprofen and Tylenol like it was candy. Three years later, I am still finding pain pills stashed different places.
Two weeks or so after surgery, I realized I was going to have to learn to walk again. That hip moved so freely, that the brain and muscles didn't know haw to control it.
Wish I had mine replaced years sooner. Don't mess up the rest of your body, get it done ASAP> | |
