New Zealand | I do have a process for doing this with Trimble shapefiles, shifting all lines, points and boundaries all at once while keeping the farm field structure intact.
I was airing the idea of offering this as a service on here a while back.
I am in New Zealand, so a little far away. Would have to do some research on the new datum and there will likely be some trial and error too after the shifting, and have to properly test that it was successful.
