 East central Iowa | I saw a video where the guy made bread from only 2 ingredients. Greek yogurt and self rising flour. 1½ cups of Greek yogurt and 2 cups of flour. Mix until it's dough, let it rest for 10 minutes. Make a slice across top of the dough with a knife held at 45°. Set oven at 425°, Place on pizza stone directly or a cookie sheet with parchment paper under the dough. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and then let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
You may or may not like the taste. My wife didn't. I could eat it, best as toast. A little tangy or bitter. |
