Mid Michigan | I would look for a small David Brown tractor. They can usually be bought pretty cheap and are easy to get on and off. Not really high in the air but taller than a ferguson or ford and they have a diesel engine in them that will run all day on a few gallons of diesel. We have a Super H farmall that would do that job well but it doesn't have power steering. It's got tall rear tires so it sets up high and rides nice but it's a royal pain in the butt to get on and off because it has an aftermarket 3 point hitch that makes it terrible to get on and off the tractor. You always end up hitting your leg on something or slipping on the thing getting off the tractor. | |
