A 400 Ih had power steering, but I’d stay away from the diesel version as those were gas start/diesel run. Possibly a 560 if you find a deal on one?
The JD 720 diesel or 730 diesel with electric start would be decent. Available narrow front, power steering, start easy enough, very fuel efficient, and usually not very expensive.
