I think a 560 farmall is a good choice till you say diesel. They were still pretty crude in that era but your obviously looking for a summer tractor so maybe starting will not be a problem for you. I was thinking more toward the mid to late 60s to get a better diesel.
The 560 I have used to have a two wheel rake frame mounted to it that I wish I had.
