I agree that having doubles and skips is proving that something improper is going on. I may need to have a Dealer put several rows on a test stand, if that's something they can do? I'm kinda thinking that maybe if I use a true talc/graphite product that maybe everything will run smoother and eliminate the doubles or skips. I could see how vibrations from not being slippery enough could cause issues. 

And to go along with that, a more accurate sensor system to at least be believable could verify or alert me to these issues.
