North Central Illinois		10-14 days after wheat is ready to cut.

Last year I started wheat July 4th and started oats July 14th (still 16-18% moisture. Finished them July 18th at 12%

Usually wheat and oats are ready about 3 weeks after they start to turn yellow on top.
