I'm not sure about hundreds of acres, but you can sell anything you try to grow with enough phone calls. Call around to seed dealers, coops, regional companies, and see if they would sell what you want to grow. Works well if you know some areas doing livestock or cover crops already.

We've taken triticale to harvest and a local seed dealer sold some to another dairy. Not tons and tons, but it was something.
Buckwheat, oats, millets, cow peas... plenty of options that don't take fancy climates or harvesting equipment.

Not all winter cereals will have great germination rates when harvested for seed further south, but you can try.
