Nebraska aka the boondocks | Boards in general are inherently flawed. Boards of directors on most major corporations are one thing, they function mostly as they should. Appointed and elected boards at the local level are in many ways totally flawed. The main issue being, the board members turn to the person they are suppose to be holding accountable, to tell them how to their job. The results, whether at schools, natural resource districts, city councils, checkoffs etc etc etc speaks for itself
