Arco MN | The WaveVisions are Specifically designed and built to only see the seed and not the dust. I had a planter for work that had stock Case sensors saw the same thing you did, All over the place pops up and down wasn't happy. Put wave visions on and it was so much better. THey do use different technology, no light eyes its like a microwave or something system they sense the density of objects that go through them or something. THey also calibrate to different crops and such when you switch.
They are way more sophisticated then you realize and are well worth the money.
I say that and only have about 3 on my 16 row bean planter and I can tell those rows from the rest as they are right on and are not affected by dust. I should update the rest but haven't yet. On my corn planter I have them on every row and it is well worth it. | |
