| You’re right, I should probably tweak the introduction a bit. We’re based in Saskatchewan, but the goal is definitely broader than that. LoopAg is open to both Canada and the U.S., and we’re starting to see more members joining from across North America .
As for names, yes—we encourage people to use their real names. The idea is to build a genuine community where people know who they’re talking to, similar to what you’d expect at a local coffee shop, farm show, or industry event.
One thing people seem to like is that there’s no password to remember. Access is tied to your Canadian or U.S. phone number, and registration only takes a few seconds. Your phone number is used only for verification and login—it is not publicly visible to other members.
Also, the content isn’t publicly visible on the web—you need to be a member to see what’s happening inside the community.
