West Lafayette IN | The fuel suppliers would lose a lot of money if e85 gained market share. If the fuel suppliers decided not to sell e85, everyone would want it. However, if they offer it, but at a price that is cost prohibitive, everyone will say that e85 doesn’t make financial sense. Let the consumer kill the demand. The ethanol plants need to get into to the retail business and circumvent the petroleum suppliers. IBEC IN Rensselaer Indiana has been doing this for years. E85 should be less than $2 at every pump on the United States right now. | |
