Where and what weight are you going to sell the lambs?
Since you're in central Iowa, I'll assume Colfax. I'd be hesitant about too much dorper in the lambs down there. You may get docked hard on the wrong day. The safest bet would be a hamp cross ram on Polypay ewes for the best $$$/lamb.
