So in your expert opinion what should we do?
Opinion -
1. A motorcyclist is about 99% in control, and decide if they want to operate within his/her skill level.
2. While consuming nourishments, humans are not in control...we are dependent upon a nourishment(s) being without contaminants.
A comparison between motorcyclists and nourishments is illogical...apples and oranges.
If offered a choice between raw/processed milk at meal time, the objective data suggests its more prudent to choose processed milk.
I don't know if a producer can always have raw milk without contaminants, but if so, then this raw milk is OK to drink. All I know is a lot of producers fail.
