I don't know that I have glyphosate resistant ryegrass.  However, I do find it is hard to kill.  What rate of Glyphosate are you using?   If I have ryegrass to kill, I am generally using 40 oz/ac rate of Roundup Powermax.  

I think I recall hearing somewhere that Resolve tank-mixed with Roundup helps on the Roundup kill of ryegrass.  IF you have glyphosate-Resistant ryegrass, I don't know if Resolve alone will do the job. 

You might want to look at trying the Resolve with the Roundup; or realize you find need to find another strategy to keep ryegrass under control.
