| One thing I don't understand here are the personal attacks when presented with a contrarian viewpoint.
To say "the consequences of my actions are my own" when partaking a risky behavior, such as motorcycle riding or yes, drinking contaminated raw milk, is false. We all pay for your hospitalization.
Edit: what you are talking about is entitlement. You have paid into the system, thus you are entitled to use it. I agree and won't argue any differently. But your usage affects the rest of us. It's not just a personal consequence.
