I think you will be ok. Roundup doesn’t hang up or settle out or anything of that nature, it’s fairly easy to clean out so a full tank and 100 gal rinse I think will have done the job. Personally I’d as another rinse or two and maybe some ammonia to be sure and on the safe side in the future
