southern Alberta | Quality of build will greatly depend on the years you are looking at & how much you want to spend. The bean counters love to cheapen up a good quality trailer. We had a 2010 Big Country, just sold it, purchased a 2019 Montana. The issue we had was in order to keep the build quality of the 2010, we would need to buck up over $100k for a new unit. Not wanting to do that for how much we use it. Any of the major manufacturers top product line should be better quality. But they still love to use teck screws and cheap out on stuff. Keystone,Forest River, Jayco or Heartland all make good units, some issues with Solitude workmanship right after covid. Get one with 8 stud wheels, heavier axles, some manufactures use only 6 stud.
Avoid Dutchman, Thor & anything with a bird name. | |
