Penn Yan, NY | Would it be possible to remove the center belt and feed auger from a case 2162 flex Draper and use it for swathing? Or are they somehow integral to the structure of the head?
a friend picked one up for $2500 at a consignment sale and it has damage to the center belt and feed roll plus some reel damage. He was thinking to part it out but we both grow buckwheat and we got thinking that it may be handy for swathing if it could be converted.
I haven’t had a close look at it yet and he only got it home after we started talking about this idea. | |
